Starting Back

I have a little under 3 months until I hit the sun and warmth again so I am starting fresh with this weight loss thing. I am going to detail on here what I eat and how much I exercise in hopes of motivation for myself and accountability.

Here's what I have eaten today......

1 20oz Diet Mt Dew
1 Packet of Low Sugar Instant Apples and Cinnamon Oatmeal

Snack

1 Light and Fit Lemon Yogurt

Lunch
Small 8 oz Naked Juice
1 cup of Applesauce
1 bowl of Special K Chocolate Chip Cereal w/Horizon Reduced Fat Organic Milk

Dinner.....

so far so good. The challenge will be when I get home. That seems to be where the root of my eating problem is....GRRRRR

Update...

I bought the Cool Jeans anyway in my current Fat Momma Size.....and they are so freaking cute it's ridiculous!! Paid too much for them but dang I look good in them. Now, I have to take them to be hemmed since I'm about 2 feet too short for them.

Oh well!! I look good!

ON HOLD

I guess my challenge is on hold for now. I can't seem to get into a groove with school and life. I haven't lost any weight but haven't gained any either, which I guess in some sense of the word is good.

Diets going down the tubes, QUICK

Well, the diet is going down the tubes quick and I need to get back on it. I need, no I HAVE to lose this weight. Yesterday I about had another stroke walking around in the 94 degrees super humid day about to pass out. I have to get in better shape. This is absolutely ridiculous. FAT IS ME.

Day Three

Day three has been ok. Only had one bite size twix but I deserve it after the embarassment of having to answer joint commission questions....blah. I feel a little tired but I didn't sleep well last night. This whole Kaylee sleeping (or better yet, not sleeping) in her room thing is driving me nuts. Tonight she goes back in my room so mommy can sleep. Not sure what is planned for dinner and still haven't weight yet. I seriously need to. I think I'm doing well. I know I can kick it up a notch and I think I will.

Day TWO...

So today starts day 2 of the challenge with Traci. I think I've done pretty well. Ate well, exercised, steered clear of junk. GO ME!! I will be weighed today at the dermatologist I'm sure so that will give me some idea of where my weight is so that I can better track my progress. Only time shall see.

Tried the 50 calorie Fiber One Strawberry Yogurt last night...it's pretty good and for 50 cal's, it will due for a snack.

Working out with Wii Active is butt kicking to say the least. Holy crap it's kicking my butt. Tonight, it's walking since I'm off Wii tonight. Kaylee will be happy she gets to play her games. It's cute, she loves to work out with me when I do Wii Active. It's good because she gets exercise too.

I'm going to do better today. I know I am! I can see my new jeans now!
